Healthy skin is the foundation of skin confidence. As a Registered Nurse with qualifications in dermoscopy and laser practice, I offer a range of skin treatments through Coastal Skin & Laser in Tewantin, Noosa.

Working within a doctor-led clinical environment, treatments are selected according to your individual skin concerns, medical history and treatment goals. Services include CO₂ laser resurfacing, CoolPeel, microneedling and the assessment and removal of suitable benign skin lesions.

DOT Therapy | Fractional CO₂ Laser Resurfacing

Fractional CO₂ laser resurfacing, also known as DOT Therapy, is an ablative laser procedure used to address more pronounced changes in skin texture and appearance.

The treatment creates microscopic columns of controlled thermal injury while leaving surrounding areas of skin untreated to support healing.

Treatment depth and intensity can be adjusted according to the condition being treated, with the aim of stimulating collagen remodelling and progressive skin renewal.

Common treatment concerns:

  • Moderate to more pronounced fine lines and wrinkles

  • Uneven or coarse skin texture

  • Selected acne scars and other textural scarring

  • Sun-related skin changes

  • Skin surface irregularities

Expected recovery: Redness, swelling, crusting and peeling are common. Initial recovery frequently takes approximately 7–14 days, depending on treatment intensity. Residual redness may persist for several weeks or longer.

Pricing: From $890
